Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SelliumPro (“the Service”), including our web application, catalog generator, microsite system, APIs, documentation, and associated tools. By using SelliumPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding contracts to use SelliumPro. Organizations must ensure that only authorized personnel access their company account.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree to notify us immediately at support@selliumpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Company Administrators are responsible for managing users under their account and the data uploaded to the platform.

3. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
Upload content that violates copyright or intellectual property rights.
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or clone the platform.
Interfere with or disrupt system integrity (e.g., abusing API endpoints, automated scraping).
Use the platform to send unsolicited or abusive emails.

SelliumPro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Customer Content

You retain full ownership of the content you upload to SelliumPro, including inventory data, logos, images, catalog designs, customer contacts, and microsite content (“Customer Content”).

You grant SelliumPro a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating catalogs, hosting microsites, sending order emails, etc.).

5. Subscriptions & Billing

SelliumPro offers monthly, yearly, and trial plans. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers such as Square or Stripe.

Trial Plans: Some features may be limited, including microsite expiration limits.
Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
No Refunds: Unless required by law, all payments are non-refundable.
Failed Payments: Accounts may be suspended until billing issues are resolved.

6. Microsites & Orders

SelliumPro provides tools for creating mobile-friendly microsites where your customers may view products and submit orders. You are fully responsible for:

Accuracy of pricing, inventory, and product information.
Fulfilling any orders or commitments made through your microsites.
Complying with local tax, invoicing, and business regulations.

7. Catalog Generation

Catalogs are generated using a Python-based rendering engine. Processing time may vary depending on template complexity, images, and server load. We are not responsible for errors caused by corrupted images, invalid data, or unsupported formats.

8. Service Availability

While SelliumPro strives for high uptime, occasional maintenance windows or service interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SelliumPro is not liable for:

Loss of revenue or business opportunities.
Errors caused by user-uploaded data or third-party integrations.
Damages resulting from misuse of microsites or incorrect pricing.
System outages, maintenance, or scheduled downtime.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the previous 3 months.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violating these Terms or using the Service in a harmful or abusive manner.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
